What is eBay OPEN25?
eBay OPEN25, taking place August 12–14, is our largest U.S. seller event of the year. This year, attendees will have the option of attending the event in one of two ways: live in Las Vegas or via the live stream event. Both formats will feature the keynote presentations, sessions on hot topics and moments of celebrating eBay’s 30th anniversary.
Where and when will the event take place?
eBay Open25 will take place August 12-14, 2025 at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, NV.
Who can attend eBay OPEN25?
Anyone can attend the eBay OPEN25 live stream, however only valid U..S eBay Sellers are able to register for an in-person ticket.
Will in-person tickets to eBay OPEN25 be sold at the event?
No, tickets for the in-person event will not be sold at the event. Please ensure that you have a confirmed ticket prior to arriving in Las Vegas. Anyone without a confirmed ticket will be turned away.
Can I attend even if I’m outside the U.S.?
Any eBay seller is welcome to join the live stream event. While content will be largely directed to U.S. sellers, business insights may be applicable to sellers from any region. This event will only be in English, and captions will be available on desktop only. Any swag giveaways associated with this event will only be available for U.S.-based sellers.
Why should I attend?
eBay OPEN25 offers sellers the ability to hear firsthand from eBay leaders and teams on the most relevant topics and news. eBay OPEN25 brings thousands of sellers together to learn, connect and discover how eBay is fueling your future. With 2025 being eBay’s 30th anniversary, eBay OPEN25 will feature celebratory moments to honor this great milestone.
Who from my business should attend?
Owners or marketplace managers would get the most from the education we are building for eBay OPEN25.
How many people from my business can attend?
For the in-person event, we encourage one to two people from each business; this allows there to be enough tickets available for others to join. If there are additional staff members who would benefit from eBay OPEN25 content, please register them for the live stream. For the live stream, anyone from your business is welcome to attend.
What leaders will be in attendance?
eBay OPEN25 will feature leaders from across the company, including our President & CEO Jamie Iannone, Chief Commercial Office Jordan Sweetnam, Category leaders including Adam Ireland and more.
Can I have a meeting with Jamie?
We are unable to guarantee time with Jamie.
Who will be participating in my Account Meeting?
Your account meeting will be run by an Account Manager, or member of our GCX team.
What does my in-person OPEN25 ticket include?

What is the cost of a ticket to attend the in-person OPEN25 event in Las Vegas?
The cost to attend our in-person event in Las Vegas will be $295, but our live stream event will remain free.
Does the cost of my ticket include lodging?
Lodging is not included in your ticket price. eBay OPEN25 attendees are encouraged to take advantage of our pre-negotiated rate of $145++ (exclusive of a $50.00 daily Resort Fee plus the current Clark County room tax at The Venetian Resort and Casino) when they book through the link they will receive in the confirmation email after registration.
Once tickets for the In-person OPEN25 sell out, will more become available?
Unfortunately, we won’t be releasing additional tickets for the in-person event. Once they are sold out, ticketing will be closed.
Where can I find a list of what is happening during eBay OPEN25?
The full event agenda and list of speakers will be available on our eBay OPEN25 page here. The Agenda will be updated in July with more details on workshops, panels, etc.
Can we pre-register to attend?
No pre-registration will be available for eBay OPEN25. Please follow us on @ebayforsellers on Instagram for more updates in May.
Are children allowed at the event?
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age or older, and must be registered individually.

How do I register?
Visit here and click on the "Register Now" button on any page. Follow the instructions to register. Once you are confirmed, you will receive a link to book your hotel room.
I don’t have a Seller ID. How do I register?
Due to limited space, only registered eBay sellers and sponsors can attend this event.
Who do I contact with registration questions?

Can you complete the registration for me?
You will need to personally complete the registration process online, as your credit card information is required. We are happy to support you in completing the registration process. If you have questions, please reach out to ebayopen@fgpg.com for information.
When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
An email confirmation will be sent to you once you finish registering. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes after submitting your registration, contact us at ebayopen@fgpg.com.
May I register at the event or show up during the conference without having registered in advance?
All attendees must register prior to the event.
What is the cut-off date for registration?
Registration for the in-person event will remain open until tickets are sold out. While space is limited for the in-person event, registration to the live stream event will remain open until the event concludes.
What types of payment are accepted for registration?
We accept all major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
May I cancel and obtain a refund after completing my registration?
Tickets to our in-person event are non-refundable.
I can't attend. May I substitute someone else?
There are no substitutions for the original registered attendee.
GETTING THERE
What airport is closest?
(LAS) Harry Reid International Airport is approximately 2.7 miles from The Venetian Resort.
Do you provide transportation to the event?
There is no general attendee transportation provided. Here are some options to get you from the airport to the venue.

What is on the agenda?

What meals are included?
All food and beverages will be served buffet style to accommodate dietary needs. Beverages will be available throughout the day. Please note that special meals can be selected during the registration process.
Where do I pick up my badge upon my arrival?
Pick up your badge at eBay OPEN25 Registration located on level 2 of the Venetian Conference and Expo Center.
May I share my badge with someone else?
Badges must be worn and visible at all times. They may not be shared or exchanged with any person or persons.
Do I need to contact the hotel directly to book my reservations?
eBay OPEN25 attendees will be responsible for their own hotel arrangements and expenses. We have secured a pre-negotiated rate of $145++ (exclusive of a $50.00 daily Resort Fee plus the current Clark County room tax) at The Venetian Resort and Casino. You can reserve your hotel room when you register by using the "Book Hotel" link on the registration confirmation page. You will then be connected to our host hotel with our negotiated rate. Please note that the $145 rate may be available 3 days pre- and 3 days post-conference on a limited basis, but it is not guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR ROOM BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 16 TO ENJOY OUR SPECIAL RATE OF $145++.
Who do I work with to make changes to my hotel reservation?
Attendees who need to make changes to existing hotel reservations please refer to your confirmation email from The Venetian Resort to make your changes online, or contact The Venetian Resort Reservations Desk at (866) 659-9643. When contacting the Reservations Desk, attendees should reference eBay OPEN25, and please be sure to have the hotel confirmation number for the reservation and the name of the individual listed on the booking.
May I bring a companion with me?
All attendees must be registered individually through the registration site.
What is the recommended attire?
Attire is casual, but we suggest you bring a sweater or light jacket as meeting rooms can often feel chilly.
